Is it farcical to post on Instagram (Meta) about how you’ll "never support AI artists"? It is clinically insane. You are literally using a platform built entirely on algorithmic manipulation and data harvesting to complain about algorithmic data harvesting.
Do we use Meta? Only within the strict, narrative confines of Hyperstition Architecture®. We are on Instagram as an in-character hyperstition event. We do not use it for standard promotion.
Are we on X? Yes. But not as AOF. Do your research.
Are we concerned about the environment? We are absolutely terrified. And yes, using any technology to attack Big Tech is inherently hypocritical most of the time. We acknowledge the compromise; we just refuse to be blind to it.
Do we love AI? Do we hate AI? Yes. And yes. We have zero time left for simple binary arguments regarding transmedia production.
